Ordering & Payments
Q: How do I pay for your services?
A: Tier 1 (Toolkit) can be purchased instantly through our website. For higher tiers (Virtual Mock, On-Site, Membership), you can enquire first — we’ll then send a secure payment link or invoice.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: For digital products (Toolkit), all sales are final once downloaded. For services, if you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, we’ll provide a partial refund or reschedule where possible.
Toolkit Delivery
Q: How will I receive the Toolkit?
A: Immediately after purchase, you’ll get an email with a download link. You’ll also have ongoing access to updated versions if you’re a member.
Q: Can I share the Toolkit with others?
A: No — your purchase is licensed for single-organisation use only. Sharing outside your organisation is not permitted.
Mock Inspections
Q: How realistic are your mock inspections?
A: We use actual CQC-style templates, question banks, and inspection methods. It feels just like a real inspection — but in a supportive, coaching style.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: Virtual mocks are usually available within 2 weeks. On-site mocks should be booked 4–6 weeks ahead to secure availability.
Membership
Q: What if I only want support for a few months?
A: That’s fine — membership is rolling monthly. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Q: Will I get updates to the Toolkit as part of membership?
A: Yes — all members get the latest Toolkit updates and new resources included.
Confidentiality
Q: Will my information be kept private?
A: Absolutely. Everything you share with us — documents, discussions, findings — is treated in strict confidence.
